Zemanová, N. Service quality and visitor satisfaction in the tourist destination Pec pod Sněžkou. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. This Bachelor thesis deals with quality of service and satisfaction of visitors in the tourist destination Pec pod Sněžkou. Basic concepts from the issue of ser-vice quality and satisfaction of visitors are defined and the current state of the destination as well. The work includes a semi-structured interview with a repre-sentative of the municipality of Pec pod Sněžkou and a questionnaire survey on the service quality and overall satisfaction of visitors. Its evaluation was carried out using statistical methods and recommendations are then made on how to in-crease the quality of services and thus the overall cooperation of visitors.

Tourism of the Island Regions of Spain Focusing on the Balearic Islands

This bachelor thesis is focused on tourism in Spain with specialization on the Balearic Islands. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of tourism on the Balearic Islands. Part of the thesis is focused on the supply of places of interest of these islands, their accommodation capacities and it defines how the tourism is promoted on the archipelago. The other part analyses the arrivals on the islands and shows historical evolution of these arrivals. It also talks about competitiveness of the islands. This is analysed by survey and comparison of travel agencies in the Czech Republic. SWOT analysis of this destination is placed at the end of the thesis.

Tourism and recreational use at Tabor area

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to evaluation of current state of recreational tourist industry in Tábor region. The aim is to upon field research design a suitable product, which could improve the current situation. This thesis is focused mainly on cycle tracks in Tábor. The first step of thesis was studying literary sources and creating literary research. The part with literary sources was followed by making the situation analysis and field investigation. Based on the data gathered from the field research, suggestions for further improvement have been stated. The improvements are focus on improving cycle infrastructure in Tábor.

Sustainable development in selected types of tourism in Andalusia

The thesis deals with sustainable tourism in the largest region of Spain - Andalusia. The subjects of the investigation are two selected types of tourism -- recreational tourism and golf tourism. Tourism is a key and strategic element of Andalusian economy, which, however, due to exhaustion of the traditional model started from the 80th years to stagnate and highlighted the need to protect the environment. The extensive nature of tourism has caused the depletion of scarce resources in destinations, problems with urbanization in tourist destinations, seasonal fluctuations and negative impacts on the environment. The thesis is thus concerned with how to implement tools for sustainable tourism in the region. It includes analysis of documents from this area, specifically Plan for protection of the environment of Andalusia until 2017, Agenda 21 for Andalusia and the General plan for sustainable tourism in Andalusia 2008 - 2011. In the part of thesis with the suggestions are reviewed documents for the sustainability of beaches that are a condition for the development of recreational tourism and also the golf courses that quality plays an important role in the development of golf tourism in the region. Andalusian coast is a key area for the application of the principles of sustainable development and one solution is to diversify the tourist offer in the rural, sport, cultural and congress tourism. The seasonal nature of recreational tourism can be mitigated through the development and promotion of golf tourism. The analysis showed that for recreational tourism, there is a need for amendments in legislation on national and regional level, the local authorities must develop activities in order to make the beaches accessible for all segments of tourism, because their actual aspect and equipment does not respond the aspect outlined in the strategies and action plans. Golf tourism is a priority area for development and a segment of tourism with a strategic and high potential. On the other hand construction of golf course brings change of the landscape, damage of natural and cultural heritage, biodiversity loss and constant pressure on resources - particularly water and soil pollution by excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides. But most of these negative effects can be minimized or completely eliminated with good planning, locating, constructing and managing a golf course. The important tools for sustainability are, as for recreational tourism just like for golf tourism, certificates of quality.

Sports - regulation centers and their significance for tourism

The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the operation of sport facilities and their influence on tourist trade in Ceske Budejovice. Situational analyses of South Bohemia Region, the Ceske Budejovice Region and the Ceske Budejovice Municipality are introduced in the thesis. In addition, there is a situational analysis of Budvar Arena, a selected sport facility. On the basis a field research questionnaire, spectators´ satisfaction with available services and attendance of the Arena were detected. Next to it, suggestions for improvement of current situation of Budvar Arena leading to a higher visit rate were laid down. The concluding statement of fact is that Budvar Arena has a positive influence on tourist trade development in Ceske Budejovice but there is still a possibility to attract more tourists into the area.

Sports - regulation centers and their significance for tourism in Velešín

The main goal of the graduation theses was to analyze the running of sports facilities and to evaluate their influence on development regional tourism in the town Velešín. The task was to propose steps for innovation sports-regenerative utilization based on the research.Three hypotheses were formulated in this work: -there is insufficient offer of sports activities in Velešín -a swimming pool is the most missing sports facility in this town - sports-regenerative facilities have positive influence on development regional tourism The hypotheses were consequently confirmedsuccessfully The project of construction the WATER WORLD in Velešín is also introduced in this graduation theses.
